Week 5/14-18

So this week went by really SLOW and FAST at the same time. FINALLY it's FRIDAY, 4 days till summer♥. This second to the last week. So this week was pretty chill, but also busy, me and my team had lounge/afterschool sales. But also this was the last week for eight graders to go on tv. ); I'm very happy and excited that i'm graduating, and I can't wait until I get to announce my speech to my fellow classmates. I can honestly say, this year been a rollercoaster. Anyway let's talk more specific about this week...
Monday- So, today we had even periods. First I had social studies, we read the packet, finished questions and did CFA vocabulary next class. Then I had AVID we did clonning on philosophical chairs. And lastly, for leadership we got things ready for graduation and made my speech. This day was pretty short and fast, and pretty much straight foward.
Tuesday- Today we had odd periods. First I had algebra, we took the terranova test, and may 18th was the last day to turn in our work. Then I had english, we had a subditute so Mr.Mccorkell wasn't there so we didn't do speeches, instead we did drummer of shiloh worksheet. and lastly for science we did science hsa.
Wednesday- Short day, had even periods. First we had AVID, it was really fun, we played would you rather, we were in a circle talking about how we changed and ate cookies. This class was really good and it made me realize how much i'm going to miss school. Even though we all say "I hate school" but, when it comes to an end, we will ALL miss it. Then I had leadership it was a chill class, and then socialstudies, we did assesment on everything we disscused and we did our CFA vocabulary.
Thursday- Today was the day I got my monthly friend. -___- lol, odd periods. We had english, we did speeches on out media influence poster, and then I had science HSA I scored 289. And, then I had algebra and did the terra nova. It was a really long day, but yeah. (:
Friday- Today, we had even periods, the first period was leadership, we wrote letters to ourselves on May 18 2012. and we are going to get our letters back on May 18 2013. It was a really productive class. I finished my letter today. :D And then, I had social studies, I got 95/100 on my classwork, I was really proud of myself. During lunch/advisory we passed out yearbooks, and lastly period 4 we were at tamera's graduation. It was a really good day!

Banquet ♥

So yesterday was banquet, and overall it was the bombdiggity. LOL. So I missed period 5 yesterday to get ready at home for banquet with shayna, then mr.ing picked us up at 1:45-50. Then we went to foodland to get tamera her birthday cupcakes and lighter, and candles for it. I was in my dress and heels in foodland and everyone was just staring at me lol *__*. Anyway we went mcdonalds for food, and then went straight to nehelani, first we started eating, then we started setting up the table numbers and putting the name table cards, then we put the booklets and balloons. Started setting up. Then at about 4 -5 something we were about done prepparing everything. So we went outside and waited for the buses to come. At around 5 something we seen the buses come, and when people came out they all looked beautiful!!! ^___^ Omg, it was so nice seeing their reactions when they walked in that our hard work payed off just for them. Everyone, and everything look amazing!!! This is our last 8th grade banquet so we all made the best of it! The pictures came out good, the food was really good, and everything was just... I was speechless. We took lots of pictures, and danced a lot until my feet started hurting and until we were all sweating.. hahaha! 5-7 Week

Good morning! :D♥ This week went superduperuper fast! This week me and my team had TV. Me and tamera went on monday, king and tamera went on tuesday, me and king went on wednesday, and king and tamera went on thursday again, then me and tamera went on tv together on friday. ~ Overall this week went good and smooth, this is how my week went...
Monday- Odd periods. First I had algebra, we had algebra HSA for the whole class period, then I had english, we worked on our media influenced posterboard and speech for wednesday. And lastly in science, we did vocabulary cards, an assesment, cornell notes book work on comets, asteroids, and meteoroids. So that was pretty much of the day, it was pretty straight foward, normal day.
Tuesday- Even periods, my favorite. ;3 First period of the day was AVID. We did philosophical chairs, and my team won! Ha. and before that we had binder checks which I got a 6/6 :D. The debate was over if you were a slave, would you rather have religion or education. and, religion won! (: Then I had my leadership period, we did preperations for banquet.  Joshua wasn't here on this day, and tamera was like "who are we going to tease now???!):" LOL. And lastly I got socialstudies, we did a CFA which I got 10/10 ;D, and we  corrected booklets which I got a 98/100 A for me bb. and afterschool me, shayna and chachie went to campbell for our student council meeting, since rhea and joshy was sick. ):
Wednesday- First I had english, we did speeches on our media influence speeches for the whole class period, and then I had science we did vocab #4 for the people who never do it, so it was a free class time. And lastly algebra, I scored 305 lol, not my best but it's okay. I hate when teachers look over my computer or work, they're just staring at it, and i'm like inside omg what if i choose the wrong answer lolol.
Thursday- First I had leadership banquet was tomorrow, so we packed up mostly everything. Then I had socialstudies, we did a reading and answered questions for the whole class period. And lastly AVID we were supposed to have a philosophical chairs and binder check, but mrs. Wert wasn't here, so instead it was ma catch up day and do the extra credit for the stars.
Friday- BANQUET DAY~ For science we did a game, which my team and another team won. So pizzzzaaaa for us during lunch! and, for algebra we solved this riddle, the answer was hawaii. lol. And, I had straigh A's and he gave me a B when he put the tests in, but i fixed them, and It's back to my high A. I was so happy when I check my grades. STRAIGHT A'S BABY! (: And, I missed period 5 that I hope I can catch up on monday during my leadership period... shucks. lol. -__-. and banquet was really funnn! I'll make a blog about banquet right now. ♥

Week 4-30

Goodmorning beautiful people. (: Anyway this week went super duper fast that I kept on forgetting that yesterday was friday because it felt like it was only the start of the week. We have about thirteen days left of school. jkefnokf'ljanh omg. I'm happy and sad at the same time. Anyway, this is the first week I got to work with my team again, and it felt good. :D This week me and my group had music which is one of my favorite jobs to do because I love music and I listen to it like everyday. Plus everytime we would day good morning I would hear Hina say goodmorning back(': Haha. Overall this week went pretty good. Just like my personality. Plus next week is banquet!!!! ^____^♥ This is how my week went...
Monday- Even periods. First up was AVID. We did socratic seminar on the story incidents of a slave girl. Written by herself, and that took up the whole class. Then my favorite period, leadership. We worked on our curriculum night posters. Then lastly social studies. We did our booklets and watched a video. Overall, this day went smooth and normal.
Tuesday- Bye April see you again next year if 2012 doesn't happen LOL jk. I will see you again. Bye april and hello may. Let's start this May fresher than my personality. :) Odd periods, but me and shayna never go to it. Since it was the ice palace field trip for team 8-1. ;p But during the morning when me and shayna walked in I see this big dog by mr.ing, PEEWEEE! :D He was so cute, first I was scared to touch him, then i started petting him for the rest of the day lol~ Bangah life (where anne at. my other bangah.) During this day we watched white chicks, slept on tables with our blankets, took peewee out and much much more! It was a super good day. I wish peewee can come back D; Also we had a picnic. It was really fun. I started May really good.
Wednesday- Even periods. We had leadership first, But I didn't stay, Instead I went algebra to take my test which I did pretty good for. But for the rest of period six it was a clean up day. Then I had social studies, we watched a video then took a quiz on it. Then for the rest of the period we got to work on our booklet. And, avid. We did tutorials which i didn't know about since mrs.wert rushed us out. Today was curriculum night, and after the bell rang shayna wasn't here this day. But, me and tamera, joshua, chachie and melani went out, then megan came with us. We cruised for a while because we had to get back at school at 2:45. We ate by burgerking's grass LOLOLOL. Anyway, we got back to school and we did three interviews, there not bad. But this one girl I asked her pick and number 1-6 she said 8. Lordjezzuzz help this girl. Me and Megan almost died on the ground. And, the girl who sang one direction. ohyeah~. Mr.ing was like, im not going to let her in because she sang that song. ohmy. (x then I went home to change, and i picked up shayna and we went to leeward. We met up with anne, melani, josh and rhea. It was funny on the wall joshua fell off because anne pulled him she a bangah i tell you. xD then we went burgerking. Then we went back to A101 and curriculum night started. Me and tamera's station was like the bussies because we were making a lot of
ID's, it was a really good and smooth night. (:
Thursday- Odd periods, for science we did textbook woek because we had a sub, and did cornell notes and two assesments. Then for algebra we did a practice test for hsa which is coming up next week. and, lastly english we worked on our project, I'm doing jansport bags. Overall this day was a productive and straight foward normal day.
Friday- It's finally friday, this week went super duper fast. It was even periods, first up social studies I got a 25 out of 20 for my test, thug lyfe status. Then we worked on our booklets, I was done with my booklet so I got to read my book which reminds me, i need to get the mockingjay book. lol. And, next we had avid, we did philosophical chairs, me and my team won. Religion for the win. LOL. and lastly leadership we did banquet tables, played ball and do what we do best. This day actually went pretty fast!!! But thats what happened this week. Can't wait for next week, school is coming to an end. omgomgomg. (x

Curriculum Night

Aloha Blogger. (= Tonight was curriculum night, overall it went really good and smooth. My job was to make id's for the people who come in and stop by to A101. But before curriculum night started we had to prepare for it. Me and Tamera made a poster board about ID's, it turned out really nice. It was very colorful and eye catching in my opinion. We added pictures after school and the outcome turned out really nice. All of our preperations for tonight was worth it. Everything looked in place and proper. The video's turned out really good, all the boards were very creative in there own ways. My job was the bussiest in A101, tam was late because she had soccer practice, but chachie helped me which helped me a lot. When tamera came, more people started coming and it was crazy at times because the machine would act up and take long to print, plus people were in big groups to take pictures which took longer. But, we got use to it. And, making ID's for them made us really interact with the parents and students who came out tonight. I really liked my job because I got to take pictures of people, and it's a really creative way to show what we do to make id's for the people who loose them. And, my job attracted more people and I got to communicate with them and meet more people. There was a lot of people that came in A101, and I was happy they visited my station. I liked getting the baby's attention by clapping my hands behind the camera it was really fun and just having fun taking id pictures, not like the one's you do in school but to just relax because there is 15 days left of school. ;D Curriculum night ended pretty early from last year's. At the end, mostly everyone in leadership were taking pictures of eachother. It was really fun. I got like 4 ID's bangah status. LOL. Overall I really liked tonight it was really chill and fun! I can't wait for the other school activities coming, omg... i'm graduating almost. ;O As mr.ing said, curriculum night marks the end of the school year, thats why he likes it lol. This is my last curriculum night in Ilima intermediate and it went perfect.

Week 4-23

Hello Blogger >;D. JUST LIKE YOUR PERSONALITY!! (inside joke). This week was short but at the same time long. This week was overall good and smooth. So, this is my last week collecting banquet forms. Yay! You know what that means? Banquet is right around the quarter. And, I get to work with my team again, plus we got music (:  But that also means school is almost done which i'm sad about and happy at the same time. I think it's less then 20 days left of school. If you know what I mean. Lolk. Anyway this is how my week went...
Monday- Odd periods, I don't really remember much of this day. But in the morning I collected payments for banquet not that much people came same for wiki. We had period five first, which was english. We had english HSA and it lasted the whole period. Then I had period one, science. We focused on galaxy's and black holes. And, we took quizes on them. Then during lunch/advisory we ate noodles. In period three we did pythagorean therom cornell notes and classwork. That was mostly what happened the whole day. Nothing really big. But chill and relaxing day to start the week.
Tuesday- Did banquet collections in the morning, in homeroom we did interviews but only some people did. Even periods. Started with with period six, my leadership period. We worked on our posters and I did banquet things, such as cutting the program paper for the booklets, we worked on the booklets. And, while doing that me and Tam was doing our ID's poster board. This was a really productive and funny period. I'm finally done chopping the pink papers. LOL. Then during wiki I collected the payments again. Then I had period two, we did discussed the new project coming up. And, did textbook work corrections. Then during adviosory/lunch we ate hot pockets. And did interviews. We seen their talents which was really interesting his beautiful dance moves, her nice style of clothing. And much more. Pretty good... (: Then their creative posters, and are million questions, joshy saying his huge words. Then after that I had avid which we did the article critical reading, vocabulary, and making socratic seminar on an article of slavery.
Wednesday- Short day. Had odd periods, in the morning did my usual routine. Had a short homeroom so, we couldn't do interviews. During period one which is my science we did weather vs. climate worksheets with a teacher thats trying to put more stem to our school. For wiki same routine. Then in algebra we did a practice test for the test on friday. And, in english we did the hsa which I got a 317. Not bad, still passing. During lunch we got our progress reports. I got straight A's and I B. This quarter I'm going to strive to get straight A's. :D   Anyway this day was really good.
Thursday- Even periods. In the morning little bit more people came in to do there banquet and graduation bussiness. During homeroom we did our interviews, and for me it went pretty smooth. Then the first period was two, I had socialstudies. We watched a video on slavery and gathered informtation for our project and made our booklet. I was late for wiki banquet payments because I had to stay in for Ms.Liu, when I got to A101 the line was really long. But, I still got the job done. Then next I had avid we did tutorials, and that was mostly it. And, lastly for period six. This was like the best part of the day. We were teasing josh LOL. Talking to jossshhhhhhuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaa. I'll slam the door josh don't come in and just stand there for forever because I want open the door. Josh: I won personality for two years in a row and I got an award me: Josh you weren't the only one, I won best personality with you in sixth grade. Josh: you guys are so iritatting and mean me and tamera: like your personality. OMG, me and tamera and the rest of us were like cracking up so hard in this period. And, then josh went to get something from mrs.dian we all went inside A102 and hid from him, it was hilarious. You just had to be there. I was like cracking up on the floor. Even afterschool mr.ing was talking about kevin and he can be the portable and mobile siloete cutter. haha. errrr arggg. (x
Friday- Morning wasn't busy with payments. We went track and field today, it was really fun you just had to be there. Afterschool was crazy with payments!! But we got through with it.
So that's how my week went. Schools almost done. YESSSSS. SUMMER 2012 ♥

Week 4-16

Finally it's friday... Anyway this week was really busy. This week me and my team had Lounge/Afterschool sales. 24 days left of school!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS. As usual I was in A101 collecting banquet forms and graduation forms plus graduation pictures. Next week friday I'm done collecting all the banquet forms, but now we gotta get more detailed with banquet because quarter four is very busy and there is events every week. Overall this week was very exhausting and smooth. This is how the week went...
Monday- Even periods. This was a chill day. I don't like waking up in the morning's from my alarm clock, but what I say is... I'm glad I get up when my alarm clock sings for me because some people don't wake up and I am lucky. We have to notice the little things in life. Back to this day, the first period was period six during homeroom we got to know the interview questions so we can practice them. This period was like a preperation to getting ready for orientation tomorrow.
Tuesday- Orientation for Holomua. During this day we all missed period one, which for me was science. We all made up all our classes the next day during our leadership period. During orientation it was really smooth and really good. The banners all looked nice, the speeches were all smooth, the tour time managment was fine. But we can always improve. But for the first time it was pretty good. After orientation we got passes for our period three class, for me was Algebra, we worked on probability and it was a really productive and fun class. Then, Last period we had mr.mccorkell we read an article about david william and played a game for it which was really fun because we were all involved and in to it. Then during the evening we had parents orientation which went good too.
Wednesday- Short day, no orientation. This is like a day break for orientation. We had even periods, first I had socialstudies we shared our "slavery in the territories" project and listened and took cornell notes on other people's presentations. Then I had AVID, which we typed out our thank you letters and that was pretty much it. Then lastly leadership, I went to science to make up for the class I missed. But last class we had a subdutute and we did book work and ms.seigaku excused me and said I didn't need to do it. So I went back to class and we just did banquet preperations.
Thursday- Odd periods. Missed period three in the morning, because we had orientation. Orientation went really good, and smooth. I missed algebra, and just like tuesday, I will make up for it. Then, I had period five, english we finished our david william game, and we played a horse game which tied in with the english terms. Then period one, I had science we did cornell notes on the galaxies. And did a chart on the galaxies. Then had orientation in the afternoon.
Friday- Even periods, had avid first we did this one day project in class and we had to propose a proposal and improvment to help the school, me, rex, melani, fredrick said have more outside activities, and we all presented it. Then I had leadership. I made up the time I missed for algebra, but I had like 30 minutes left in leadership and we ate sunflower seeds and did the banquet booklet. Then I had socialstudies, we did textbook work for the whole period, but I finished and I was really prouf of myslef.
So... That's how my week went. Simple and fast but slow at the same time, if you know what I mean.    

Orientation 2.

Today was another busy day. Just like tuesday. Orientation time! But instead of only Holomua, there was different variety of schools. There was Kaimiloa, Pohakea, Keonalua, Iriquos point etc. It was so much different from tuesday, there was so much sixth graders the whole cafe was fulled and it was a big audience. We escorted them into the cafeteria, and they looked really excited to come to this school and learn about the future school they will be coming to in about 3 months. We played music for them the playlist I made for them to just enjoy. They were singing along to we are young. Lol. When it was time... We started the same. Rhea talks then Mr.Lee talks to them and get's them ready for orientation. Then Rhea announces SBG, 8th grade class officers, 7th grade class officers. Then Megan talks about schedule pick up, then joshua does his pretty girl rock dance and his days to come to school, then shayna comes up does the proce tag song, for dues and fee's. Then I hear shayna call me "up next is jolene" I go to the front stage, and baaammmm everyone's eyes are on you. (: When I said I'm from kaimiloa they all screamed for me, and I felt really loved and happy to be seeing my elementary school again! It was pretty loud too, like a concert. lol. I talked and discussed about communication. I really liked how the banner looked and how everything was really smooth. Then chachie would talk about the sports here in Ilima. Then we had the tour. I had a huge group and they walked kinf of slow, but other than that they were on good behavior and really involved in the school, like asking questions. I even quizzed them on the buildings, and told them it's just a basic tour and that you will get a more detailed one on the first day of school. During the tour it drizzled, but it didn't stop making this school shine. The tour was pretty much smooth and awesome getting to know more people. After the tour we went back to the cafe, where we did the periods which shanice talked about. I was number 2. lol. Then, after the periods we did dresscode and our dance. Then any questions about the school. Then, it was exactly the same for this evening. What was different was when I was a sixth grader and we had the parent orientation the whole cafe would be totally full. What is weird is in this year, sadly, hardly any parents came which is really sad... But you know what they say the show must go on. So we showed them the basic information and informed them with how Ilima works. It was pretty much the same in the morning but without the dance, and the music and the tour. After the parent orientation our school's band played us some lovley music. (: So, thats how my orientation experience went. And, sadly my last orientation in Ilima. Omg. 20 something days ledt of school. yes! (x

Orientation Blog 1 (Holomua)

Today was a really big day. It was our first orientation for this year, and as usual Holomua gets their own orientation since Holomua is pretty big. All the hard work we did, to practicing speeches to making banners to practice to practice to practice it's finally the day we get to display our hard work. In the morning when the homeroom bell rang we watched cctv then made sure A101 and A102 was good for the broadcast. We settled in for a while in the cafe, Then time passed by and it was already 8 something and we seen buses coming, me, rhea, shayna and joshua welcomed them as they entered the gates to Ilima, while the rest of the leadership stood by the door. When everyone was settled in and orientation was about to start all of us went to the back to get ready and prepared. They're wasn't that much holomua students in the cafeteria like last year, it was much smaller but in the back of the stage I was getting kind of nervous but I turned out pretty good, overall orientation was really smooth. First Rhea went on she introduced the SBG first, then me the 8th grade class office, when I first went out, everyone's eyes were on me, it was nervous in the beginning but I got use to it. I was nervous because when they stare at you, but after that I was fine. Then joshua went up, and did his pretty girl rock. I think it's good we added these changes, like the cougar and eagle noises and the price tag song and pretty girl rock it makes the crowd more entertained. Then it was shayna, shayna explained her dues/fee's. When I heard her say my name my heart was racing, but when I went up I felt fine again. I talked about how in Ilima we communicate. After my speech I felt really good and reliefed right after. Then chachie went up, caa caaaw! Then the tour. First, I got confused because everyone find's their table so fast and when I go out there is like no table left!! So I paired up with Melani. Me and her had a small group which was really good and their behavior was really fantastic, we showed them the nine stops, but when we went in the chorus room we only played one song since we were running out of time. I was the last class to get out of the cafe and the last to come back. My group asked questions at each stops which makes me feel good, because I know they are paying attention and are really involved in the school. I asked who's going Ilima, they all raised their hands except one lol. I notcied this year these sixth graders are really short. And, one guy asked is there bullies? I found that cute. But I told them don't worry you'll be taken care of in good hands. Overall the tour was really really smooth! But next time we have to work on our timing. I also asked them which building is which, and talked to them in A102. Then the periods, shanice did her speech and I was supposed to be period 2, but josh took my number, so instead I was period 3. Then after that we did dresscode and the dance.I did dresscode on tam and king, and myself it went great, then we did our period dance. Then, our buyou dance. I hope everyone started at the same time. Then we stayed in a line for any questions. Overall the holomua day time orientation was really smooth and fun! I'm so happy we get to do this on thursday, with new people. We ran short on time during the day, because the wiki bell rang. But it was all gee. Then it was 6:30pm, lordjezzuzz. Hardly anyone came. And none of them were from holomua, thats cryaycray!! There were like 8 parents from not holomua and the band people, and the administration that only came to the orientation. It was just like a practice for me. It was a practice for me to talk infront of crowds, also this is good practice for when I say my graduation speech. Tonight was pretty good too, at least it went smooth but this time we also ran out of time. But it's okay. (: I really liked orientation this year, it was an amazing experience to do for the second time. I'm glad i'm in leadership. ♥ I just loved today! Hope thursday will go better and smoother! Because you know what they say, ThUggLyffF~

Career Day.

How was career day for you guys? I hope it was really good as how my career day went. Anyway,  yesterday was career day and it turned out really good. I wanted susan pages modeling but when I came to give my paper someone chose it already, but it's okay. I ended up choosing wedding cafe. I didn't even know we had to run but thats the only part that I thought was unfair and junk. During the morning me, shayna, rhea and joshy went to get our name tags from the library where tam's boyfriend is ;). Lol. During wiki the four team leaders had to do our jobs, while the others got to lei there career guests. That sucks too, because the four of us didn't even get to lei our guests. But, oh well again. ;p. Then during period one it was our time to go to the classes were we are hosting our career. I hosted wedding cafe, Mr.&Mrs. Dang. They are super duper nice and It was fun just hanging out with them. They were really taller than me, lol. My first impression of them was they are so nice and friendly, plus during her speech she said, she has to communicate and interact a lot. They also travel a lot they met oprah and the host of the show my fair wedding. But my voice sounded ugly. ehh. I actually was glad I chose this career it was really cool learning what they do, plus they own that business which is really coool!! This was an amazing experience to do because I didn't get to do this in seventh grade. Plus, it was combined with seventh and eight graders which made the audience really come alive. What was a bad thing that the audience was doing is sometimes being disrespectful and yelling but the teachers handled them. Also between the sessions was got to talk and know more about eachother. I asked Mrs.Dang what was her favorite parts about weddings and she said when they do speeches. I learned the things they do in their own cafe, its like a library of wedding stuff which is really cool.. I thought this was a great career to do, she majored in journalism and liked to write and she made her own books and magazines. She inspired me. She said if thats your passion keep doing it. We also asked her, when you were younger did you imagine yourself being like this? She said "no way". And, I really looked up to that because if you think you can't do it, you're wrong. Think again because whatever you have passion with can come true. (': After that I dropped them to the library, so they can eat lunch. And, after leadership got to eat. There food was good. (: What an amazing and thankful day. I'm really glad I chose them, I hope to visit the wedding cafe it sounds pretty nice.

Week 4-9

April thirteen twenty twele dawg.Uh Uhh Uhhh~ This week felt so LOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGGGG! This week was very busy and funny. This week was a full week, and overall it has been a fantastic week. Which reminds me we are down to 30 something days left until we graduate. >___^, Well i'm sad were leaving, but happy at the same time. Can't wait for summer 2012, got summer P.E! Monday- Odd periods, This week Me and my team had TV, but I had to stay in A101 to pass out banquet and graduations forms plus, graduation pictures and payments. This week banquet payments can be payed, but not that much people came this week, but I think next week there might be more. I still helped during wiki to make playlist if i'm not busy, and go to the cafe to put the ipod and get the ipod back. This day was a good day. First I had science we talked about stars and we have a test on wednesday, next, I had was algebra we did ratios and propositions. Then lastly english. We did speeches on our controversial topic, I didn't got day because I didn't get picked. lol. Monday was like an ordinary monday day. (x This was the day I wasn't feeling really good.
Tuesday- Even periods. My favorite. In the beginning I was in A101 doing my normal business then homeroom, in the morning we discussed how orientation practice was cancelled because they are using the cafe for fundraising, so we rescheduled it for tomorrow. Started with period two, socialstudies. We watched uncle toms cabin and did a quiz and reflection this movie was really good, It was very emotional and had a lot of action. Then wiki I was in A101 helping anyone who walked in A101, then period 4. AVID time. We did socratic seminar on "the koran" it was a really good class because I got to communicate with my peers more because it was in random groups also at the end they picked my question to be the discussion for philosophical chairs. "imagine if someone murdered a love one of yours, would you take revenge?". Then lunch/advisory as usual. Then period six; leadership. We went around the school for our tour for orientation which had nine stops. It was really fun. Lolololol. This is the day my throat started being a meanie... ;p lol. But, good day! ^o^
Wednesday- Short day. 4/g3bR@ <----- Can you guess what that says? lol. It says algebra. Stayed in A101 for the morning, there was only 5 minutes of homeroom, then first I had algebra first, which we did a 20x20 multiplication table and did cornell notes, classwork. Then wiki did the normal routine.
I had english and today was the day I do my controversial speech, but my voice was cracky, low and really really bad. So I told mr.mccorkell and he was nice enough to let me go on friday and give me a breathmint (,: Then I had science. Took my star test. But after I took it I know I did a question wrong. -______-. This day was bipolar. Lolk. 
Thursday-  I just wanted the week to end, lol. >;p Even periods again! in the morning did the usual bizzz. Then I had period 4 first, we did philosophical chairs and I was on the pro side that we should take revenge, at the end we lost. Haw, I think we should of won if my voice wasn't being uglaaay so I could of talked more and backed up our statement. But really?! you wouldn't take revenge?! I wasn't talking about killing revenge but like even type. Ho bah, i'm like venting already. Back to the topic. We lost our battle with the con's but ohwell. Good game. After that class finished I had leadership, we talked about our posterboads. Me and tamtam are ID's because we are b@nNg33R$.  We did a sketch on it and it turned out to be really pretty. ;,). Omg. during my period the prom court crowns came in and the pins. Haw, I felt so sad that I couldn't run. I just wanted to scream and cry but i couldn't scream because my voice ): aghhh. Me and mr.ing went to find a nice place to take a picture and I was like a perfect place is my head. and he was like jolene I said a nice place to put the crowns not lice. And like all of us died. Btw, josh is very concieted and touches his hair too much. LOLOLOL. Then I had socialstudies, we had free time and did other work. Very productive day. But i'm not done. Afterschool we had orientation practice it went really smooth and good! Then we had track.
Friday- Friday, finally. After this busy week, ;p During period five which is my english class we did cornell notes on ads and then I did my speech, my voice is actually improving. ^_________^. But I got a stuffy nose. Then wiki I worked then period one, met my career people that I am hosting. I did wedding cafe and it was really fun! Plus we got food after *__*. It went really smooth and good. And, then I had algebra classwork period. And, thats pretty much it. It was overall a good and fun week!

Week 4-2

Yayers! It's a three day weekend again. But on the other hand, that means the days of school is going by faster. This week me and my team had music, but same as last week I stayed in A101 for the graduation pictures, forms and banquet. Overall, this week was chill and good. UH UH UHHHH. Lol, this week was focused on orientation in the morning. Orientation is coming real fast! Next week we are scheduled for three practices after school, so don't go to genki sushi. ;p So on sunday, it was april fools day! and my aunty's birthday. But Mr.ing played a mean prank on me. Hahaha, i swear i'm so gullable. >;3 He actually played two pranks. First it was about banquet and how it was going to be cancelled because someone booked it before us. And, the other was he wasn't coming to school so I had to do things. Anyway xD... This is how my week went...
Monday- New week, New day, New month. April is here. That means two more months of school. *__*. And that also means yearbook is coming in, orientation is right around the corner and banquet, Plus graduation. Quarter three and four are the bussies quarters. Plus May fair. I am so excited for all the activities and events coming. Plus career day! But before we can enjoy these events we need to get the work done. So, on monday it was odd periods. In the morning I help tamera set up music then did my job in A101, then during homeroom we had orientation practice. I can't wait to see the costume Mr.Ing get's us. Lolololol. I'm a cowgirl. I had Algebra first, then english, and the last period of the day science which I took the science HSA. Then, afterschool we made stuff. Good way to start of the month.
Tuesday- Even periods. ^o^ Did the usual bussiness in A101, then during homeroom we went down to the cafe to reherse for orientation again. First period was period four we finish speeches. Then period six. We went outside to relax and just chill. Then we went to go visit TamTam's boyfriend ;). LOL. Tamera didn't even want to come in, he gave me a peace and tamera shaka. (x Mr.Ing was looking for his book, we all sat in the front of the library... and guess who didn't? poor tamera. >:p  me and tamera was picking on joshua. lol. Even mr.tangen was. tThUUuGlyFf33. I was reading the book a child called it. I just wanted to cry and vomit at some parts. The mother is so mean. );<. Then period two we watched uncle tom's cabin. I'm really interested in this movie it's really interesting and has a lot of things happening at once. Then, afterschool did the normal bizzz. Haha,
Wednesday- Short day. We never went down to the cafe because homeroom is short. First period, english period 5. English. During english we did interviews with mrs.Davidsons class my parthner wasn't there so I interviewed andrew and david. My topic was on uniforms in Ilima. This was a really fast and funny day. Especially josh. During lunch cleaning his teeth and singing "better" than hilson.
Thursday- Thursday, which is today. During the morning had orientation practice. I was dying in the morning, with joshua doing his speech. But it was really creative. For mines, I should make a rap xD.
Had period six, it was very productive. Me and chachie did banquet stuff. King and Melani were reading and doing work. Tamera doing playlist. And Josh, I don't know what he was doing? Maybe looking at himself from his phone. Lol jk Josh. (= This period flew by really fast! Then, socialsstudies watched more of incle toms cabin movie, and cornell notes. Then AVID we did some speeches, and this article and critical reading. And, rough draft number one peer corrections. Also today was a mcdonalds day, i got a happy meal. ^___^. Hahaha, anyway this week was really good! Next week it will be even more bussier. Have a great 3 day weekend y'all.

Week 3-27

Hey blogger ;D. What's the hey for? HORSES. Hahaha, anyway. This week was a short week but felt like a long week. So this week instead of doing ID's I passed out banquet forms in the morning and wiki because I was in charge for banquet. Omg. I lost count of how much days are left of school. Mennnng. But this quarter is flying by really fast. And, I'm almost going highschool. Lordjeezuzzz. Overall this week was really good and I hope April will be better, ohmy 2 months left of school... Let's talk about how this week went.
Monday- No more school. (:
Tuesday- Lalalala, back to school from our 3 day weekend. This is the start of the second week of fourth quarter. Odd periods for the day. Normal and good day. During homeroom we took notes on dates coming in, in our planners. During the morning and wiki passed out banquet forms and did the daily routine. This day actually went by pretty fast. During english we did speeches and 3 coloumn notes. During science we had a test on the sun and took cornell notes on stars. And, the last period during period three we did a 20x20 table as usual and did cornell notes and classwork.
Wednesday- Short day! Passed out graduation pictures and banquet forms. Even periods. There was a meeting at 6:30pm about graduation. I worked for the night. Was a pretty short meeting. I was in charge for the two lists to sign up. Oh how I missed wearing my yellow shirt. During period six it was chill, I think we were playing omgpop. Lol. We cool, we cool. Then during period two which was socialstudies we had a debate on sectionalism and nationalism, and period four. AVID, we did the gettysburg speeches.
Thursday- On thursday morning I was supposed to take my AR test, but the AR never work -.- haw, hope I don't forget the book because i'm reading another book. ;___;. Anyway in homeroom  me and shayna went down to the library to borrow new books. Lol. We both got the same books. I am almost done with my book, too. I hope when we go back to school it will be nice with me(: So, today was odd periods. Had science first did cornell notes on the lives of the stars and vocab cards. I got science HSA on monday. Then algebra, did class work on ratio and proportions and did cornell notes on it. And, the last period english. We did dummy speeches and speaking worksheet, also we got to finish the interview speeches.
Friday- Yay!? Guesswhat today is? Friday ^___^. In the morning passed out graduation forms, banquet forms and graduation pictures. Also I was in charge for PBS opt out. So much people opt out it was cool and very busy. I got to opt out. yeeee'buddy! lol. thUgggLyf3333. <4444 This was the best day out out of the whole week. In the morning AR still never work -_-. But that didn't stop me from having a good day. Had socialstudies first it was a very productive class. FOUR SCORE AND SEVEN YEARS AGO. Finally. Today was the day to get the gettysburg address speech over with. I did really good! And I was so happy after I was done. Everyone was like woaahhh professional and it really made me feel good inside. I just loved today! That will be the last of hearing that speech over and over and over, a trillion billion times. *___*. Hahaha, but it was fun. I'm glad I did it. I'm so happy! Lolololol. Then the last period of the day leadership! ohyessss. We did the markey. It was really fun just hanging out with period 6. Then when we went back they were playing omgpop. and mr.ing was loosing his mind about the planner. LOL. Today I spent most of my day with Mr.ing and shayna, and it was like adventure time. I got to try new things out for the first time. It was really fun just chilling with them. rack city rack rack city chick. DANCE DANCE DANCE DANCE DANCEDANCE DANCE DANCE DANCE now STOP. Week 3-19

Hey blogger i'm back! This is the first week of fourth quarter ever since we came back from spring break. Omg, time is going by so fast and quarter four is flying super fast and super busy! So this week me and my team had afterschool sales and lounge. But I worked for lounge for monday and tuesday because for the rest of the week I was passing out banquet forms during the morning and wiki because 8 grade class office is in charge for the forms. But, I still got to work afterschool sales with my team. Period six also got to clean the ice cream machine and now it is stainfree :D. I think quarter four got off on a good way! so here how the week went...
Monday- Let's start fresh. We started with even periods. We had period six, then period 2, and period 4 last. During my period we practiced for orientation because orientation is right around the corner. We all have to get our speeches down, our dance down and all of the sketches and tour, banners, and all of those things. During period six we had usual omgpop. Having fun and relaxing it was really chill. And, it was a great way to be coming back to school. It was very welcoming. It was really entertaining watching king, chachie and melani dance. Another reason why I love period 6. Even though i'm the odd one out because i'm 8-1 it's fun to be around with 8-3. (:  CACAW! Home of the eagles. Oh, i made chachies speech come more alive. LOL. ^o^
Tuesday- Odd periods. In the morning had lounge With tamera and king. It's fun having them around.  Had science first, took cornell notes on the sun, and did vocabulary cards. Since it's the fourth quater I need to get a new notebook from all that notetaking. After I had algebra. We went back to the 20by 20 table. and Did 2 problems which energized our brains. Then for english we had 2 tests it took up the whole class, mr.mccorkell almost never let me  go to afterschool sales.
Wednesday- Even periods. My favorite periods. Today I was supposed to go on the AVID field trip. But it turned out me, shayna and king never go. In the morning me and shayna made the manila folders and the banquet forms with different colors. I never went because I had to pass out banquet forms and I am in charge for banquet, If i went i would of not done my job and responsibility. So I went to all my classes First up I had socialstudies then avid I stayed in A101 because mrs.wert and my period was on their fieldtrip. Then I had leadership. I stayed in leadership for most of the day. lol. During my leadership period we practiced our orientation stuff and chachie was practicing the cacaw! (:
Thursday- Even periods. In the morning and wiki I stayed in A101 to pass out baquet forms. But afterschool I had afterschool sales. I had period three first which was algebra we did  the 20x20 table again and cornell notes on graphing rates and we had classwork. Then I had english we had this interview with parthners and next class we will have to do a speech on our parthners. Then I had science we had to do a video and video quiz and next class we would have notes on the sun. busy day!
Friday- Friday friday gotta get down on friday! Even periods. During our period we practiced for orientation again. We were perfecting our dances and speeches so when the day comes all our hard work will be payed off. We have a long week ahead of us. But we have a 3 day weekend ^___^. I have a feeling this week is going to go by really fast -.- LOL.

Third Quarter.

OMGOMGOMGOMG. This school year is coming to an end. We went through first quarter, second quarter and third quarter, We ended third quarter on March 8, 2012. There were so many things that occured in third quarter. I'm happy we are so close to graduating but sad that we won't have days in Ilima Intermediate,  so we gotta make quarter four good! It's kind of scary that after the school year's done we all might drift just like that... But look on the bright side. (: During this quarter it was very busy!!! More busier than quarter one and two combinded. We had many events this quarter and fourth quarter is going to be more busier. This quarter we had ups and downs, twirls, laughs, retarded moments, and moments that will stay with me forever, this quarter was an undescribale quarter so.. Now let's explore the events in third quarter, Hmmm In the beginning of this quarter there were eight changes that were applyed to us. Remember the eight blogs we had to do? Yeah those changes. I thinked those changes was a pretty big event happening in the beginning of the quarter. There were people on probation for coming late, or late assignments and other things. I think those changes really helped from later in the quarter. It helped dicsipline us from doing the mistakes we did in quarter two.  During that time it was kind of hard for some people and they thought I can't go through this anymore. But it got better. Actually a lot of things got better. We adapted to the changes and things were coming normal again. I think the changes faded because we were improving with them.  Then here comes another downer... There goes the yellow cards. Certain people were quiting like a domino effect. It went bam bam bam bam bam. But it was their choice and none of us can tell them what to do. This was a really down part for the leadership family. It was like all of us were just leaving without saying goodbye? Or not finishing what you have just started. Screw it though. That's the past. ^o^ Let's talk about the good things of this quarter we all got closer. We all have a stronger connection with each other now. We had so many laughs, moments that will last a life time. We had our ISA bowling field trip. That was fun except getting yelled at. ): LOL. We choose to stay for lunch. And, we had so many laughs inside A101. I bet all of us experienced having a 12pack coming on. Yeah, because i'm a hilarious little girl. ;p  I liked this quarter because this is the quarter we met KEEEEVINNNNN AND KRISSSTENNNNNN. If you don't know who i'm talking about it's kevin the TOOTH fairy and kristen the mouth open girl. Hahaha, they are the people who works at the animal shelter. This is an experience I will never forget. I went with mr.ing, shayna and rhea. The ride there was fun the expereince there was funny, we were playing with the cats and cleaning the litter boxes but i think the stinkyness was from kristens mouth open HUH?! and kevins tooth and the one cat. ohlordjeezzuz *_*.  We also had the field trip to alamoana and the fireworks, and the movies. That was fun to do. It was really chill. Don't forget about the weather during this quarter. It was so cold, and I like this weather. (,: But anyway we also had the spring fling that was just a few weeks ago that went good! It was really fun me and rhea were in charge for balloon darts and some people go crazy to shoot those balloons. Hahah, and don't forget just last week we had graduation pictures. It went really flowey. Third quarter was an experience that impacted my life. Fourth quarter? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

Week 3-8

SPRING SPRING SPRING SPRING !Holy moly this week's weather was beautiful, lol. Just like this week. Over all this week was beautiful and nice. This week my job was Tv.
Monday- Start of the week, fresh new week. During the morning me and my team had the job tv. Me and tamera was on for today's broadcast. Guess what? Today's was our AVID field trip! :D I've been so excited for this fieldtrip ever since we turned in our premission forms. But the weather didn't want us to go. Mrs.Anbe told me it was cancelled and i felt sad because we were all looking foward for today, and it was rescheduled. Today was even periods, during social studies we did book work and more work but it was really relaxing. During period four we philo chairs on if ar is a good or bad thing. The good team one, me and shayna and other people were judges. lol, it was a good day so far. Period six. My favorite period. We played omgpop and did other things.
Tuesday- Today was the first day for graduation pictures. Me and tamera were on tv again because we are cool. Leadership got to take it first. During homeroom the photographer taught us how to put the clothes on them. I remembered how because when I had to put on clothes for last years eight graders. After we took our pictures and the bell rang I got to stay for period 3 because I was assigned to do this period. It went really flowy, except the part when the bad team came. They were very rude and loud and didn't listen to directions. But that was the only bump on the road. I give shayna props for doing a good job on the day for pictures. During period five I went to class because I wasn't assigned to this class. The period was fine and good. Then period one this class i was in the cafe helping people in their clothes again. I did the boy side for period one. It went really good. I really enjoyed doing this day.
Wednesday- Short day, same thing as tuesday graduation pictures. Even periods. During period four we did a philo chair for marijuana and my team won because we are cool like that. Lol. period four flew by really fast. Then for my period we did graduation pictures again, and it went good. For this day I did the boys side it was good to try something new thats why. When we went back period six was playing omgpop. and we all had accounts except mr.ing. ;p Then period two we did more work and corrected things.
Thursday- Today was a special day because tomorrow was my bestfriends birthday. I didn't want to give her an original with balloons, cards or posters. So, I bought her flowers which she liked. (: Me and tam tam was on tv today and it was so chilly today just like the past few days. I liked today and overall this week because everything was flowey and nice and there were no problems and bumps on this week. I liked this week's weather also because it was cold and raining *_*. During period five we watched shrek and did a poem on the poetic devices, and during period one we took a test which I got an A on. I was so proud of myself. (,; And during period three we had free time and did two problems which me and my period three got right! Also we got our spring buckets during advisory. There were very created and nice things in there that reflected all their personalities.
Sooo.. There's no school on friday and spring break starts for us. Have a blessed and great spring break y'all. See you guys later. I miss you guys already. (: Byeeee!

Spring Bucket.

Spring is in the air. I wanted to put a big bad bear. But instead I got an ugly little troll named joshua's hair. :D Spring break is right around the corner, yaaaaaaay. LOL.  Today is finally the day! We have our spring buckets! ^__^ The activity was to bring an item that reflects our personalities. And, now it's finally finished, all the items are in the buckets. I saw many good items in the buckets, they are all creative. The item I picked was bubbles. My personality is different from others, which makes it very unique. The item I picked is bubbles. How bubbles reflects my personality is I’m bubbly.I am someone who is bright, cheerful, fun, outgoing, full of life, can’t stop smiling, full of or showing good spirits, lively, joyful, preppy, friendly, and thinks positive. Bubbly pretty much means they are warm and happy they like to laugh and people love them. They love life and love to laugh. When you blow bubbles it is very fragile and easy to pop, I’m Like that, I’m very fragile and sensitive. My personality is like Bubbles. I think my item was very creative and original because I had a feeling a lot of people were going to buy snacks. I think bubbles represent my personality because they are fun to be with and hang with. When bubbles are in the air, people have the urge to play with them. I'm like that because when i'm with friends they enjoy staying with me. Also because when you think of  bubbles, there are 2 parts of it, the wand and the bubble chemical. I am someone who isn't two faced, I will be part of someone because i am very caring, friendly and trustworthy and won't ditch them because i am a very loving person. Bubbles are cool and light when they flow in the air, it's like me. I am someone who is very cool, light, and flowey. When bubbles fly up in the air, my personality is like that because people look up at me, i am a role model and someone who will never let anyone down. I like making people smile and laugh it really brings joy to me. BUBBLY used as a noun very rare. Just like me, i'm rare because I am one of a kind, no one can ever be like me. You can try... but it's going to take a lot of hard work. When bubbles float in the air, they go any type of direction, for me in life I go through different directions and those choices helped me be who I am today. When we first got assigned to this project I was wondering what represents me... I thought of many ideas, but I liked my bubbles idea. I was thinking about chocolate but, i thought that isn't really original. I like this activity because it is really creative, and since easter is coming up, guess which girl has a basket to find eggs. LOL. (: I really like this assignment because we all got to describe our personalitys in a different ways by using items. I hope to do something as creative like this in the future. ohmy the quarter is almost done *____*  Can't wait to take my beautiful bucket home, and the sexy items that remind me of all of my beautiful peers. ^o^ Haha.

Week 3-2

WOOOAAAH! This week is done already? This week was super duper fast. This week was very unique because this year is a leap year, and I got to experience a leap day during this week. This week we had the job music, this week overall funny, chill and great. Soooo, this is how my week went...
Monday February 27th- Fresh new week. Starting with odd periods, I liked this day because it was really chill, and relaxing to start with. Spring fling is over, but back to oreintation.
Tuesday February 28th- The day I will never forget. Let's start from the beginning. Today was my mommy's birthday♥ also, today was even periods. We had periods 4,6 and 2. I had AVID first, then leadership. During this class we practiced for orientation, and practiced our speaking skills and dances. Period six, anne and shanice had cafe monitor so we had to leave early from class. Cafe monitors was funny! We ate chicken nuggets, and some people were pretty wild LOL. Forks flying, ohmy and breaking forks. Also, missing your mouth while eating chicken nuggets and making it land on the floor, haha. Anyway my job was to wash dishes. It was my first time washing dishes during cafe monitors but it was fun because josh kept me company. (x Next i had social studies. The time flew by fast. So, rinnnng. School's done. I've been looking foward for this day to happen, We are going to the animal shelter. I went with shayna, mr.ing and rhea. The ride there was cool and funny, and we got kind of lost but we dound our way there. haha. Omg, so we first get out of the car and mr.ing ties his shoes, then he gets up and see's this guy that has only a tooth. OMG. KEEEEVVVVIN! I miss kevin though );< and his helper kristen. Omg, and then the animals at the shelter AWWWWWW. We made a record though... We didn't kill no animals :D. Haha, he can only drink soup, or apple sauce that's why he no like eat sandwhiches or fruits with us. I was dying at the shelter. *__* i feel so bad for luaghing in front of his face. Lol. It's okay heis teeth, oops i mean tooth is a automatic smile. It's better than nothing, plus it fits him with his short shorts. Ok. But you just had to be there, we were all laughing so hard, and this is a day I can never ever forget. What a good tuesday! We should visit KEVIN again he's the best.
Wednesday- Odd periods, short day. Had algebra hsa, it was difficult for me because all i could think of is im getting graded i need to pass. But, it made me think he's not supposed to grade us on this because this is an assesment that see's what im learning and what measure of math im in. Plus, the things on it are things i hardly learned that was a long period for me. ;p During science it was productive because i started my final for my poster and all i got to do now is studying for my test. and english, comparing poems themes. I actually like english it's really interesting for me.
Thursday- Hello thursday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN BIEBER ♥ Lol, during the morning and wiki i played all justin bieber music all day *__* He's 18, ohmy. Anyway at school it was good. During homeroom it was a really good and funny we practiced for orientation during my speech I was laughing so much because i was modeling like that lady from wheel of fortune, but i think im better. LOLOL, just kidding! anyway had period six first. We practiced our speaking skills, and banners. We planned for banquet. it was funny looking for crowns, but it made me sad searching for crowns i cant wear ); TEAR TEAR* haha, remember "cheap and the ugly one" ha. This day was fast as usual haha.

Friday- Friday! (: hey that's today. hehe, Odd periods. The morning was funny because i was like mr.ing can i have a goodie bag, he took out all the candy from the bag and gave me only the bag, but i got the candy ^O^ hehe. Ho, this week was like super duper freezing. hehe. The periods were 1,3,5. Had science , then algebra then english. This week was some what short, but long.
We got a busy week ahead of us monday got the avid field trip then tuesday, wednesday got graduation picture taking(:

Week 2-24

This was a long week but a short week at the same time. So, this week me and my group had ID's. Monday we had no school because it was president's day. On tuesday we had odd periods. Good day we prepared for spring fling. We didn't do a lot of spring fling things today though. Wednesday even periods. We had period six first. What we did in class was make posters for our stations. The poster I had to make was on balloon darts, i wrote balloon darts and i put the price for 2 darts for $1, I like the outcome of my poster. We also made goodie bags for prizes, We had to seperate the candy in groups then put them in bags. But before that we walked around the school with mr.ing, it was really fun and advetorous, you know what i'm saying bro! During advisory me and rhea was getting ready our stations, and blowing the balloons and getting ready the darts, bulliten board and prizes. While the rest were getting ready for the decorations. Thursday, today is the day. It is spring fling! In the morning we were setting up all the goodie bags, seperating were all the station of games go. During advisory/lunch it was kind of unorganized with the wristbands and list. But through out the day it got better. Odd periods. This day was really busy! During period 5, the decorating comitee decorated the whole cafe with streamers and balloons, also we were putting tarps up and sweeping the floor. We were all over the place getting ready for the spring fling. When the bell rang, we all got our prizes and game stations down to the cafeteria and we were ready until it turned 3pm and the dance started. The spring fling went smoothly! and we cleaned up and went home around 5:40 something? It went better than i expected it to be! Friday! Even periods, had period six last but i didn't go to period 6 but i went to my period 5 to catch up with the work i missed yesterday. Overall this week has been fulled with many laughs, suprises and good times! 56 more days left of school. ooooohmy! LET'S DO THIS.     

SPRING FLING

Guess what we have been preparing for this whole week, and partial of last week? SPRING FLING. Spring fling happened today, February 23, 2012 3pm-5pm. Before spring fling started we had to start with the other things. Such as music, games, prizes and jobs. During period six I made a poster for balloon darts, and the whole period six got started with the goodie bags and the ring toss. Today in the morning we tied the goodie bags up, we seperated the prizes and materials we needed for our game. My job was balloon darts with Rhea. Me and rhea had to blow a lot of balloons up yesterday. It was hard for me becuase it was helium material and much smaller than the basic balloons. But I overcome my obstacle and worked around it. I put the paper in the balloons and helped tie them, and seperate them. Today during lunch/advisory the people who were assigned to put wristbands on and do the list during 7th grade lunch it was not really organized because of the people who were coming in came in mobs, and weren't standing in line or following any directions. Also, there was an incident when someone didn't have a ID and they gave that person a wristband when they weren't supposed to. When it was 8th grade lunch all 8th graders had to go out so mr.ing can cool off after all the events that happened. After we ate lunch we stayed in the courtyard for a while because we were debating with the choices we made. If we should of went out to lunch, or when we should come back. After a while I went in first and things seemed more calm. During period 5 we went down to the cafeteria to prepare for the spring fling. We put balloons everywhere, streamers surronding us, and the music blasting while the tarps are making it darker in the cafe for the lights and smoke machine. First we helped mr.weida put up the tarps, then I helped shayna twirl streamers, then i had to clean the floor, and we sticked balloons everywhere and taped streamers in different places. The music equipment was ready and all we had to do is set up our games and prizes. RRRRing the bell rang we set up our jobs me and rhea took our board, balloons and prizes and poster until it reached 3pm and we waited for students to come in the cafeteria. When there was people in the cafe already and a crowd was forming, a problem was no one was really dancing! Everyone was just sitting down or standing or outside. Throughout the dance instead of 2 darts for a $1 it was free, but when you win a prize you can't play anymore. We had a lot of people coming to our station and they kept us company. At the end of the dance we waited until everyone in the campus cleared out, so we can put all the things back into A103. We put the tarps back, all our stations in A103. Tomorrow we will clean it up. Overall the dance wasn't that bad. It was pretty good.       

Week 2-17

This week went by super duper fast. This week was mostly a preperation for orientation. I liked this week because it was chill and enjoyable. This week I had lounge and afterschool sales. This how the week went...
Monday- Even periods, period six was first. During period six we practiced our orientation dance, orientation speeche's and chachie and melani's bannners. Holy Moly with the banners!! We had to redo it many times this week, ohmy. I'll talk about later on during the week. Anyway this day went great.
Tuesday- Happy valentines day! The day of love. Well it should be 365 days. All day everyday. This year has one more day so 366 days. Anyway, this day was very lovley. Odd periods. In the morning shayna gave Mr.Ing a sunga? LOL. (Inside Joke). Just kidding she gave him a red and white bear that reminded her of him. And, I got a rose, poster, and a paper valentine thing, and rhea gave me a note, and josh gave me sweethearts. Thanks guys! ^o^ ♥ through out the day it was beautiful, and afterschool was funny. Ate pho for the first time, it's good. But I don't know about what shayna was doing with hers? Me and Mr.Ing was eating while shayna fly watches us, what a good day though!(: Wednesday- Short day, even periods again. Had leadership last. Oh let's talk about the banner know. Holy macaroni. Chachie had to redo it over and over again, but it was improving to be better... Well, in my opinion it was looking better than the first time. But I knew she was having hard time doing it. I gave her advice and tryed my best to help but it's okay.
Thursday- Odd periods, knuckles anybody? or i'm going to juice that orange. Wow, hahah. Or that funny phone conversation. Chachie finish sketching the banner and it turned out to clusterd and small. aw. This was like the 5th time redoing it? man. It's alrigh though! Thanks for trying chachie! (:
Friday- Friday, friday gotta get down on friday. Three day weekend!♥ Even periods. Periods 4,6 & 2. Has leadership in the middle of today. In homeroom we ran through orientation. Lovley singing, then some speeches. During period six we practiced the speeches, dances and singing. During the speeches, our banner didn't look that good. We had to do something else with that banner because it wasn' t looking good at all. During period six we were looking at chachie's flashdrive, lol. It was interesting. Joshua you want more love letters or pictures? It was funny when I was like chachie why do you drag your feet, and I was like your getting a lot of energy to shock josh, yeah? LOL. ^--^ Overall this week was good and funny. Next week is going to be spring fling yay! let's get ready Y'all. Next week here we come. P.s I like frozen oreo's. ♥_♥

Week 2-10

This week went by really fast. This week was intramurlas but since the weather didn't agree, we had intramurals for only thursday and friday. Monday- Last week's problems some what carried on. "people" got their yellow cards, and wanted to quit. Holy Moly Macaroni. It was a domino of people. On tuesday things cooled off, but things felt different with the people that left. For me this week had been wonderful to me but for some people it had been the exact opposite. This week me and my group had tv, and we only got to go on tv for monday, thursday and friday. Because the electricity in E building wasn't working during tuesday and wednesday. This day we practiced the leadership dance. It was really fun to do because king, chachie and melani was teaching it to us. It turned out to be a really good period.  This week my throat was hurting, but it feels much better. Anyway, wednesday- We never had tv again. We had to go in A103 in the morning because period 4 was having a conversation with Mr.Ing. Odd periods. Thursday- Even periods, the weather was beautiful but cold. We had intramurals today and it went really smooth, during our period we practriced the dance in A102 and practiced our speeches and chachie, king and melani song. This day was really good, things were kind of going back to normal. Friday, which is today. This week went as fast as someone blinking. Today great day. Odd periods, we had intramurals again and it went great as planned. This week was good for me, and I hope everyone could have a good week. Let's see what next week has planned for us, monday is even periods, and I think period 6 is first! ^____^

Basketball Intramurals.

Gotta, gotta get your head in the game. What time is it? Game time. Anyway this week was scheduled for basketball intramural, and I guess the weather didn't agree with the schedule for monday, tuesday and wednesday. But it's bright and sunny with good weather ever since thursday. We started intramurals on thursday and it went smoothly and same as today. Basketball intramurals is when two teams battle each other to get more points for there teams. One team will be under the basket with the pinnies, and the other team will be on the side. Leadership had to do the clipboards, equipment, camera, and the 4 of us manage our courts. Basketball was a good sport to do, it was really active and team effort. They get graded for how they are disciplined and if they score a lot that's just a bonus. I would like to thank weed and seed for coming because they helped us with our jobs during their time. It was fun being in charge for basketball intramurlas because I got to assign where everyone goes, and what they are supposed to be doing. We only had intramurals for 2 days, but that's okay because the game was really fun. We were even lucky. Us leadership we got to play during the breaks, it was fun 6-2 beat 6-1 hahaha. The next sport I want to try for intramurals is vollyball, I would like to see how the two teams will play against each other. Over all this experience has been really enjoyable and active to do. I hope we can do something like this again.

Week 2-3

I told you on last week's blog let's see what next week will bring. And, here we are this week. This week was different from the other weeks we had, but some what the same. If you know what i'm saying. Monday, start of the week. Even periods, music for the week. We had period 6 last and we worked on  yearbook, website on the flyer and poster were due, worked on playlist, practiced the dance and been productive throughout the day. Today was also the day we celebrated Mr.Ing's birthday. Me and shayna bought him balloons and it was a really great day. Afterschool we ate food from ohana's, talked about things, had a lot of laughs. It was me, shayna, rhea, shaela, shanice and anne. good quality time.
Tuesday, Odd periods, during school was good. Yearbook's deadline was coming up fast. When school was done, the same people from yesterday afterschool stayed and we were planning on playing black ops. But instead we didn't really have a good time like yesterday afterschool.
Wednesday, Middle of the week. During period 6 we put up the markey, and worked on yearbook, I finished my page today, but we fixed it up on friday. Thursday, tense day. We ran into some problems, during homeroom we discussed on what was happening. Wiki, the problem came back. So we all stopped out jobs, and went to A101 with the 4 tables together. I didn't have any clue what was going on for a while because I was in A103 doing music, but when we got more into it we all knew what was happening. During advisory/lunch the conversations carried on. When the conversation was over we put back the tables, and chairs. Then we had to put it back together, and disassemble it again. Afterschool I helped mr.ing clean out things, and we had laughs, and just talked. It was really fun. After we also watched shayna play soccer. ohmy dawg. SUTW AVID! hooowoooh. Triple B.
 Friday, friday gotta get down on friday! it's the last day of the week, the problem from thursday carried over to this day, period 6 was chill and nice. In the morning we practiced our dances, and listened to those beautiful harmony's. Or, I mean we listened to those special* harmony's. (: The day went by pretty fast. Afterschool while shayna was doing her job, she called me a sunga and all those mean things ): LOL.
Well, this week was on and off for some people. Let's see what's going to happen next week, new month. Time is going by pretty fast.

Week 1-27

I liked this week.You say HUH?! This week was very chill and fun. This week was also busy. A lot of events are coming faster and faster, like spring fling, intramurlas. The year book deadline is coming super duper fast and much more events. This week my job was ID's. I don't think there were problems this week, and I missed having weeks like these were we can just joke around, laugh until we all have 6 packs coming on and everything is just back to normal.
Monday- Odd periods, good day. First day on doing ID's for this week. We discussed our spring fling posters, our flyer assignments, banquet, yearbook, orentation, our bowling field trip, and our jobs for the evacuation tomorrow.
Tuesday- Even periods. In the morning during homeroom we had an evacuation and we had to help. During period 6 we practiced our dance for orientation and started our spring fling posters.
Wednesday- Odd periods, a good day. Practiced our dance during advisory.
Thursday- Even periods. We had period 6 first we finished our spring fling posters. I finished my whole poster during period 6, and I worked on yearbook for a while and practiced our dance for orientation again. Haha, today we were also assigned to what we will wear for our dress codes. I got a cowboy, and i am fine with that! Josh got an indian LOL I can't wait for the catwalk YMCA.
Friday- PBS opt out in the morning. I was in charge for that and I made period 4 work since they were in A102 and had lounge. I was there helping and checking there dress codes and making sure everything was going fine. After the morning we got ready for our bowling field trip. And we got to school around 12:50. We stayed in A101 for a while but then we all had to go back to period 5, so me and shanice went english. Me, Shayna, Tam, Josh, Melani and Cachie stayed afterschool to practice our dance and that pretty much ended the week. Next week Me and my team will have music so we made playlist afterschool. This week was very accomploshing and good. I hope to have more weeks like these, this quarter and the next quarter is going to be really busy, I hope next week will be better! We spent most of this week practicing our dance it was really funny. Even afterschool josh's dance ohmy. Can't wait for next week will bring. (:

ISA Bowling

Guess what Ilima Intermediate leadership and other schools on Oahu did? ISA Bowling! Hahaha, I remember last time we went bowling... Richie was vomitting and me and Tamera had front seats! LOL. I remember handing him paper to vomit on, and that message Mr.Ing showed me. Anyway, We were the first to get picked up on our bus, since usually when we arrive on the bus, waipahu is usually in the back. We always share our bus with waipahu and it's really nice to ride with them because they are all friendly. I started my morning great. First we walked to boys and girls club and waited for a while, all of us were with our groups just practicing our dances. And then our bus was here, we sat in the front as usual and went to go and pick up waipahu. On our way there the guy driving was on the phone and saying "i'm leaving waipahu" When clearly he's in ewa beach o_o. When we went to pick up waipahu we were headed to the schoolfield. It was funny because we were all like I can run faster than this driver can drive. When we first entered the bus it was queit, but then we started talking. We talked with all the people surronding me and shayna, ha. We were talking about joshy's dead dog, and the rock, then heighlee started talking about her rats and pets. lol. When we got there plans changed instead of going to the banquet planning across the street, I bowled instead :D. I was on the 8th grade girls team. We had to be A,B,C,D or E. Rhea was A, Shaela was B, Tamera was C, I was D, and chachie was E. 1. 2. 3. Look back! hehe. During round one we were still warming up. During round one through two we took turns eating, I love their food there. I ordered a small drink, curly fries and and cheeseburger, I feel like eating that right now. haha, then round 3 I did better than the other 2 rounds.
When it was time to go, we got dropped off first and said our byes to waipahu. Today was a great and adventorous day! ♥ ^____^  

Spring Fling Poster

It's time for... SPRING FLING!

I'm proud of the poster I made during period 6 ('; Shayna is the chairperson for spring fling, and a week ago we made flyers and hanged them up at the classes we were assigned to from the teams we got. This week she made us work on spring fling posters. Everybody's posters were nice, colorful and had effort in it. The poster had to include the title "it's time for... spring fling" in block letters from the cricket, we also had to include What, Where, Who, When and Why. And add pictures of the activities that are going to be there. In my poster I added everything and every activity she has given us. I really enjoyed doing the poster because we all got to show our creativness and display things that will be there and the information. First I started by grabbing a really nice, colorful poster so it will catch people's eyes. Then what I did was make my title from the cricket, I printed the what, where. who, when and why letters and information from the computer. I added pictures from the computer also and cut them with really fun sisscors and glued them to black construction paper. I'm really happy on how it turned out to look and I'm really happy to be showing my hard work around the school. Today was the due date to finish the poster and today will be the day shayna will grade us on our posters. The next step will be making a banner, spring fling is coming up really fast and i'm really excited to be there, and see smiles around me. In the future I would like to do an activity like this again because it is fun to help plan for our school activities.   

Evacuation

Alert. Alert. Alert. On tuesday we had a evacuation during homeroom. Don't worry it wasn't a real one. It was just a practice drill. We had to go to Campbell's track field and we all sat on the benches which was muddy and wet. But it didn't bother me. We all had different jobs, leadership and the teachers had there vests on and we were ready to guide the school. On monday we had to assign parthners. In the beginning we didn't realize what was the problem that we kept running to. Then the 4 of us found it. It was because our class was odd, and one person had to work alone. Shayna was the indiviual. Also, for our parthners we aren't allowed to work with people we usually hang out with and work with, I was with Anne. She was a great parthner to work with. Our job was to stay at the track field benches and guide them where to sit. The drill lasted for the whole homeroom. I liked the job I got because I got to cooperate with our people. I also liked how we got to be parthners with people we don't really work with. It was a really great experience. Throughout the drill everything ran smooth. The drill was really good for a first.

Week 1-20

How was your weekend? This is the third week of quarter 3, and it's been pretty interesting. There were different things going on. The week was going pretty good, and yesterday and today was interesting, problems started coming. This week was only 4 days, here's how the week went...
Tuesday- Good day, my group 6-2 had lounge and afterschool sales this week. This morning we disscussed the activity's for spring fling and wrote them in our planners, we talked about the orientation jobs and our weed and seed support letters. Today was odd periods. And everything was normal and going fine. It was a fresh start of the week, and I planned it to be good.
Wednesday-Short day, even periods, period 6 was first, I worked on my spring fling flyer for most of this period, Weed and Seed final draft was due this week. Everything was going fine through out this day.
Thursday- Today was pretty interesting, in the morning i shared my intramurals jobs, because I was in charge for it. In the morning Mr.Ing told us that we had to go find a advisory and we had to go out for lunch if his meeting took long. Me and Rhea went 10mins early before period 3 ended, and luckly Mr.Ing just got back from his meeting. During Advisory/Lunch I haven't noticed till yesterday that period 2 had problems going on during there jobs. How 1 mistake got into 6 mistakes. During Advisory/Lunch we combined the 4 tables as a disscussion, and we talked about what was happening to period 2 and clear up the confusion, but it was still not clear. Today was also the day Mr.Ing's basketball team lost from his game. Since the problem wasn't fixed today, the problem carried on into friday.
Friday- Today was even periods, 2,4,6. After the bell rang to go homeroom me and my team locked A102 and went to A101, we were having another disscussion. We talked about how the envelope for ID's and other problems they had forgot about. During the disscussion we talked about period 2's performance, and during the morning Rhea got put into period 2's side. We had to vote either in or out. It couldn't been based on feelings, but on how they have been preforming. I said... out. Majority of us said out. It couldn't been based on our feelings, and it had to be based on their actions. I said out because when they were crying, I thought to myself and the disscussion we talked about before, "won't you rather be in a place where your happy, instead of being in a place where you are not happy?" I started tearing just like the people surronding me, i'm sensetive and wanted the best for them. Mr.Ing has been telling us how much chances he has given them, and it was hard to make a disscussion because they all want to be here so badly, but their actions say something else. During advisory, period 2 kept staring at mr.ing quietly with no solutions to say. They either had a chance to take a break for quite a while or make up an solution. From looking at period 2 they all didn't think of original solutions.They wanted a solution to not talk to mr.ing, but mr.ing gave them better examples like making a tree, a gardnen. Baking cake. After todays disscussion, they made each one of them flowers and they had to make it grow before the bell rang. I thought that was an interesting idea, and it was out of the box. During period 6 it was really funny and fun. I loved period 6 today, it was awesome hanging out with good company. Today was emotional.
Everyone makes mistakes, but sometimes people get many chances to fix it but don't realize it. I hope next week will be much better than this week, we only have 2 quarters left in Ilima Intermediate. We got to make them count. I hope next week will be better. Garden of forgivness. hahaha, Garden of smiles, something something, blank, blank. HUH?! BOB. (inside jokes period 6 and mr.ing) (: Hope all of you have a blessed weekend, see you guys next week!

Spring Fling Flyer

Guess what's coming soon in February?! SPRING FLING. The assignment of the week was to create a flyer for the spring fling. It had to have the title in block letters "spring fling", and it has to say when, who, what and where. Then we had to include the activities that will be there. For example the doughnut line. I put pictures of doughnuts. Or put the horn on the unicorn, I put a picture of a unicron, and I also added a rainbow for more colors. I put different pictures to represent each of the activity's.  This activity was fun because we got to use our imagination. Also because we got to be creative. Shayna is in charge for spring fling, today was the deadline to give our flyers to her. After everyone gives there flyers to shayna, Shayna is going to pick which one she likes the most. I finished my flyer around Wednesday and thursday. It was fun making a flyer during my period, because josh and chachie was on the 2 computers by me, and I was the indiviual computer, while tamera and melani was on the laptop and black desktop, while king was reading. It was a very productive period because all of us were working on something. I believe spring fling will be on February, 3:00-5:00PM. I can't wait for February because there is going to be a lot of activity's and different songs to dance to. Me and Rhea will be at the balloon and darts place, I can't wait (:    

Weed and Seed letter

The assignment was to create a letter about weed and seed and give them to the legislators to make them keep funding for Weed and seed because they really helped Ilima Intermediate a lot. In my letter I put my past experiences with them, from my 7th grade year to currently this year. First I introduced myself to them, and I told them what Weed and seed have been doing for us, weed and seed had been helping Ilima Intermediate for quite a while, and I really appreciate it because they come on there own time to help Ilima. They helped us with our welcome dance by surronding the campus and making sure everyone was safe, but not only that they helped us get the word out to our community during drive safe for ewa sign waving, it was great participating after all the things they have done for us. I would like to thank weed and seed for everything, they are such great help and I hope this year I will get to see them again because they helped made an impact on our school. Weed and seed also helped us during intramurals. They helped us referee during our football games, and helped us with other sports. Weed and seed are our friends, and I want to thank them for all the help they have been giving. It means a lot to me. What I liked about doing this assignment is we got to write and share our feelings about weed and seed to the legislators. I liked how we got to share our voice and tell them how much weed and seed made an impact on us, and how much they mean to each and one of us. This year I hope to have a chance on working with them again. They are people who chose to come and help us. I find it very touching. I hope to see them early this february at our basketball intramurals.      

Week 1-13

This was the first complete week in quarter 3. Overall this week was good and seemed fast to me. Monday through thursday, me and Tamera had to go on tv one by one because one of our team members were put into probation because of his actions. But today he worked off his probation and produced for us on tv. I liked this week because there wasn't anything bad that really happened, it was much better than last week. In the future I hope we can have better days. It's still the beginning of 2012 we don't need more problems, it's a fresh start. This week we removed the change of weekly progress reports, and we didn't do time cards anymore. This week the chair people wrote what they are in charge for, and what every one's elses job is. This week Mr.Ing treated us with treats like doughnuts. And because Mr.Ing's team won 2 times during there basketball game, Mr.Ing bought us lunch like tacos and sandwhiches. Thank you Mr.Ing(: My start of third quarter is going great, and I hope it will be like this for the rest of the year. Third and fourth quarters are usually the quarters where we are the most bussies. We are starting to plan all the events out. I think the changes helped leadership have less problems, like weekly AR we all have a head start on AR now. Today was also a good day, in the morning I had tv then at homeroom shayna disscussed the spring fling and other events, this week was very productive. During period 6 everyone was doing their jobs and being productive. During my period Tamera picking songs and choreo to dance to, and it was fun seeing everyone dance in my team it was a great having quality time with period 6 and Mr.Ing we had many laughs this week. This whole week me and shayna would stay afterschool and talk about things with Mr.Ing, it's great quality time. We have a three day weekend, and only 4 days of school next week. I hope next week will be as great as this week.  

If I could take away one change...

If I could take away one change, I would take away...  this question is making me thinking a lot. This is a hard decision because all these changes help all of us. One change we can't take away is the first change, lunch time. We can't take that rule away because it's not our rule. It's Mr.Ing's rule. After thinking about each and every rule, one rule I would like to change is change number 7. Weekly grade checks. I personally would like to take away this change because we don't really need it. It was a rule already before the changes came in to have good grades, and not having D's or F's. It's complete common sense. I would like to take away this change because we are just wasting our teachers and Mr.ing's time by making them write how we are doing, and by making Mr.Ing print out more papers. If we could of just followed directions and do good in your classes this rule would of not been here. But I know everyone makes mistakes, I make mistakes too, but it's always something you have to accept and learn from. I chose this rule because, not everybody in leadership is struggling with their grades. There might be a few but not all. I think without this change a lot of people won't be stressing out anymore, I don't mean once this rule is gone keep slacking in your classes, I mean once this rule is gone things can go back to normal and we don't need to worry so much, but keep doing well in our classes. This change is a good change and helps with our grades in our classes but, there's some things I don't favor about it, like having it weekly. In my opinion I don't think we need this change. Before these rules even started we should already have been doing well in all our classes. In my opinion since we did this around second quarter, and I remember no one from my group having bad comments I think we can do better without this rule. For me, this change isn't that huge, because we experienced this in second quarter suprisingly and I remember my group doing well in their classes without checking on it weekly. Overall the one change that I can take away would be change number 7, weekly grade checks. Our first weekly grade checks is on the 12th, thursday. I don't think we need to do a grade check because since we are looking at webgrader more often to check our assignments for leadership, we can check our grades and see how we are already doing. And, we can be responsible on our own to check in with the teacher. I think without this rule, we can still be responsible by checking webgrader and talking to our teacher about it. The one change that I want to take away is weekly grade checks.
Today during advisory we talked about the real meaning of having time cards, all our explanation on why we have it was far from the real reason why. The reason was to interact, and talk to Mr.Ing when we give him our planner we can be like "good morning. How's your day so far?" I thought we had time cards because of our past experiences. Mr.Ing said the time didn't even matter, he said it's to have interaction while we are waiting for our planners to be signed. I think that reason was good. It was straight out simple. Each change has a message and reason behind it.

Change number 8- Late notices from library = probation

Change number 8- Late notices from library = probation. This rules is here because people take their library books for granted, and don't return their books on the due dates when they are suppost to. Sometimes they just wait for their "love letters" and forget their library book. This is a good change because it makes us be more responsible for turning our library books on time. I remember we are a reflection of Mr.Ing, and Mr.Ing isn't a person to forget things, Mr.ing is a great role model to me, in my opinion. he has taught me many things that will live with me throughtout my life. He's a good role model to us, and we should be great role models to the students here in Ilima. Maybe if we turn in our books on time more people will start to follow us. I think late notices from library = probation because it's like you coming late for your job. The book represents you and the library helper is "Mr.ing". You turn in your library books late, you take the consequence. These rules are just here to help us become more responsible and better leaders. I think this is a good change because because it helps all of us be more aware of deadlines, and dues coming up. Also it teaches us to be more responsible for the things we borrow. All these 8 changes aren't bad. They help us, I hope in the future there won't be more problems, my goal is to have no problems at all. Leadership isn't about having many problems that aren't as important. It's about team work. Let's see what 3rd quarter has in store for us.

Change number 7- Weekly grade checks

Change number 7- Weekly grade checks. This rule is here because some people in the past haven't been keeping up with their grades. How this change works is we will have weekly grade checks which our teachers from every period has to sign, but also our parents. I remember the last time we did a progress report for leadership. I got all pluses, and good comments because I was doing good in all there classes, and I don't accept grades lower than a B. My grades are usually A's or B's. We are not allowed to have D's or F's. I like this rule because we get to see how we are doing in all our classes weekly. This is a good oppourtunity because not everyone in Ilima can have grade checks weekly and see how they are doing in their classes. I also like this change because it motivates me to do very good in my classes. It is also a good change because it's a wake up call to the people who take there grades for granted. You should try your best in all of your classes and wake up because this is reality. This change should stay because it helps everyone in leadership keep up with their work. How this weekly grade checks helped me is, it helped me strive to do better in my classes, I hope tthis quarter I will get stariaght A's and make myself proud. I can say these weekly grade checks payed off, and helped me to do my best in everything I do. This change should stay because it's helping a lot of us with our grades, but it's also helping us stay away from probation. These changes will help us a lot this quarter, and hopefully for the rest of the year.
