Change number 3- Probation: Late for work, Missed a due date

Change number 3- Probation: Late for work, Missed a due date. We are suppost to be at our leadership jobs before or at 7:15 AM and nor later than that. Also this apply's to jobs during wiki and lunch. That's why know we have these cards to show to our teachers that we can be excused so that we are not late to our jobs. It may sound strict but because some of us choose to come late, we all have to deal with this change. Probation is when you can't work because you broke a change in this case, and when you are on probation and you don't make an effort to get off from it, your going to be rolling like a snow ball, that you'll have all this pressure on you, and you might even have second thoughts. I already saw one person experience this. There was actually 7 people on probation last week. I wasn't one of them.  Mr.Ing said last week "Won't you rather be in a place where your happy then, being somewhere else where your not." that's true but in my opinion I rather be here, I belong here and i'm staying. You can be on probation from late for work, one of the people from my group was mostly late, and he got put into probation. Another way you can be put into probation is, missed a due date. The second change was due dates will be through webgrader. For example if you never check webgrader and there was things due, you would of been put on probation already. These changes are not difficult, if you make it difficult. I just follow the changes and directions. I never got on probation and I don't plan on being on probation. I think these rules are helping us have less problems. These rules are helping me be more responsible with  everything I do. What I have been doing a lot lately is, checking webgrader daily and coming school more earlier than I usually did last year. These rules helped me form into a better leader. I hope in the future we will learn from all these changes and have less problems. I admit this year's leadership is different from last years, but these different things are helping me learn more.
