Change number 5- Time cards

Change number 5- Time cards. These rules have been applyed and we have been notified about them around at the end of winter break. Change number 5 is the change that i'm use to, I am also use to the other one also. How this change works is you have to give your planner to Mr.Ing, who signs it and writes the time you came to your leadership job. For example I have Tv this week, I have to give Mr.Ing my planner when I come to school, so he can sign my planner and write the time for my leadership job. You are not allowed to work until Mr.Ing signs your planner. If Mr.Ing isn't here to sign your planner and imagine he's at the office, you just write the time you came and just go to your job. This rule apply's during wiki also, pretened you have ID's you have to get your planner signed to start working. This change affected me. This change made me become more aware of what time I get to my job. This job helps me more with my time managment, and makes me be more responsible on what time I get to school. If you are later than 7:15 AM you are put into probation. The fear I have for every change is messing up, and going to probation. I never been on probation, and I never ever plan on going on probation. Every change we have there is a consequence. The consequence helps us learn not to do this mistake, and follow directions. Time cards, isn't a really difficult change at times, we just have to learn to accept the changes and follow along with it, maybe in the future if we become better at following directions, and don't make careless mistakes these rules wouldn't have been here in the first place.
